: About The Practice :

Breathwork is a type of conscious and intentional breathing practice that has the potential to improve your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. There are many types of breathwork styles and all offer a beautiful variety of support. The practice we work with in these offerings is a consistent, open mouth breathing technique that allows you to tap into different states of consciousness and into the body’s natural healing abilities. Bringing more oxygen into the body with intention helps to reduce stress and anxiety, invoke sensations of calm and relaxation, release stuck emotions due to conflict or trauma, reduce physical pain, tap into your intuition, access higher-level cognitive processes such as increased attention, decision making and self-awareness and experience inner peace, clarity, connection and self-love.

Breathwork sessions involve breathing in and out through the mouth in a rhythmic pattern that is nourishing for the mind, body, heart and soul. This practice works to unify and harmonize the connection between your physical, mental and emotional bodies, providing an opportunity for profound healing and activation of your potential.

My intention with sharing this nourishing and healing practice is to offer an opportunity for you to shift from outsourcing your healing to insourcing it. Breathwork is a journey you bring yourself on and you are empowered the whole way. With only your breath as the key for this experience, no external substances are needed. Each session meets you where you’re at and illuminates what you are ready to focus on in that moment. When you finish the session and are in a space of gratitude and love, you know exactly how you got there and how to get back if you wish to return to that feeling of inner peace and wellbeing. I do hope you return to yourself and your breath again and again! Once you have been guided through this process you will have the ability to continue Breathwork on your own if that feels supportive.

It does however offer you an invitation to focus within to access a deeper awareness of and connection with yourself to promote healing.
